These bad boys love the heat that's why they live in the desert. They can indeed be a monster to some as they are considered to be one of the few lizards who have a venomous bite. Its bite can really be painful, but may not particularly be dangerous to humans. Gilas favorite meal is eggs, though they also eat young rabbits, mice and rats.
