Puffer fish or blowfish tops the list for the most poisonous fish on earth. It is covered with spines and gets bigger, doubling more than its size when it sense trouble. It quickly puffs huge amounts of water and air inside its body turn itself into a ball of spines. The spines go out, making it look like porcupines. But the spines aren't the only poisonous part of the fish. Puffer fish's bodies release toxic when they die. That's why when an animal eats them, it becomes ill. Rabbit fish, scorpion fish and zebra fish all have venomous spines on their tails and fins. A sting probably won't kill you, but it is very painful.
